I wanted to know how accurate the claims about Activive really were so I thought I do some research. Here are the fruits
of my findings.

Glucosamine Sulfate: This comes from shellfish and is effective in easing joint pain.
Anogeissus
Latifolia: This comes from the bark of a tree in India. It has the effect of increasing energy.
Beta Glucan: Comes from
certain mushrooms such as Shiitake and Reishi. This substance is proven to boost the immune system.
Arabinogalactan: is
a polysaccharide found in Echinacea and Mountain Larch. It has the properties of helping the digestive system.
Cyamopsis
Tetragonoloba is a legume, also called Guar. It comes from India and is a strong digestive aid.
We can see from the partial
list above that the ingredients in Activive are natural with some very interesting properties. Based on this information,
Activive does live up to its first claim.
That Activive is completely safe to consume in any quantity.
Being all
natural ingredients without fillers and certainly no steroids I am happy that this claim is most likely true. It certainly
was my least concern as I would never take more than the professionally prescribed dose.
That Activive is an all-natural
supplement that not only helps you boost your energy levels, but also maintains your stamina so that you can work longer,
play harder, and perform better.

Apparently a search was done on each of the above-mentioned ingredients to see what the research had to say about

As for Activive lengthen the muscles I can’t find anything to back that up at the moment but I assume this is the way it works.
